IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Essentially, a Device Driver tried to write in a computer
memory location that it did not own (an Acess Violation). This
is usually the result of a buggy or out-of-date device driver that
is not compatible with your computer operating system (XP, for example).
If the Access Violation occurs in Kernel Mode, it generates a
STOP 0x0000000A message.
The most commonly used cure, if you have just installed a new device,
device driver or software, is to un-install it.
One quick method of uninstalling the software and drivers would be to
reset XP to the last known good version of XP.
