Norton's Ghost used to backup a RAID 1 array

Norton's GHOST and other Disk Cloning software. If you use SSDs, ensure the product can correctly handle them. RESEARCH the product - it could be that it is actually MALWARE and holds your data for RANSOM. Ghost is supposed to allow you to creat an exact copy of your disk, for use as a backup (usually). My objection to Norton's Ghost is that it was never usable for a RAID 1 configuration - the only way I will run any of my computers. I had to use a competitor's software (Acronis True Image). - I GAVE my Norton Ghost away, as it was completely useless to me at the time (no RAID 1 support). Apparently, Ghost 15 does handle Raid 1, but I have NOT tried it (the risk is yours). Now, (7.2016) however, there are methods of using Norton Ghost 15 with RAID 1. Using Norton Ghost 15 with Raid 1 - Derek Bullard IT Specialist Symantec Ghost Solution - - doesn't seem to mention RAID 1 I read that norton ghost doesn't make a successful ghost if you have a raid1 How to use Symantec Ghost 11.x to image or restore data to a RAID Array Will Ghost Solution Suite work to capture or restore an image of a server using a RAID array?
