just an obscure Vonage FYI - in case you know anyone using Vonage
and they need to change some of the Vonage parameters
(turn DHCP ON or OFF, for example), The Vonage Admin Menu is at:

192.168.15.1

I had to plug a laptop into the 2nd Vonage Ethernet phone port to
enable me to access 192.168.15.1 (my Vonage VDV21-VD Router
attached Vonage IP phone box will support two phone lines - I use
only one).

It took talking to NINE people at Vonage to get someone who knew
how to get access the Vonage Admin Menu

I was finally able to get my Vonage to STOP trying to issue DHCP
addresses (act as a DHCP SERVER) (as it was NOT doing that correctly).
